    I've had and made shawarma made with lamb, beef or pork, but using salmon as the protein is something new to me. Interesting choice! I would however use way less tomato paste and garlic in the marinade, especially in an overnight marinating situation involving fish. Might get overpowering. And as you are taking the time, let the tzatziki sit in the fridge overnight as well.

    Turkey and greece style lamb?

    I'm guessing stuff like fish and lamb doesn't get as many views though which is slightly sad .

    Usually ( in Greece) we use dill instead of any other herb …in the tzatziki mix …a dash of olive oil …and a squirt of vinegar ..(which is weird …but somehow works ..)
    still ….this looks AMAZING!! ….always drooling ….. 😉
