God, as muh as I enjoyed your video, you yanks unfortunately make things so technical . Just goo dive the lobster, stick it in a pot to boil fora few minutes, split it in half and slap it on the fire and baste with garlic butter, lemon, salt and pepper..15min operation !

Tom that's awesome, cold smoked butter…Iam still trying to do cold smoked cheese…nice tip with the Ice water to keep the temp down…cuz as we no we can still get heat from the cold smoker..well done brother..
