Grilled Lobster Rolls
Chef Tom offers up his take on an east coast summer classic with these Grilled Lobster Rolls. The fresh lobster gets a quick par-boil before hitting the grill. It’s lightly charred over charcoal in the Yoder Smokers Adjustable Charcoal Flat Top Grill, then tossed in a compound butter and piled high on a fresh homemade brioche roll.

May I suggest, that when grating citrus rind, please make sure you plunge it in boiling water for about 3-5 seconds, to kill any germs, before grating.

Chef Tom, I've had many of "authentic" lobster rolls. Yours looks great and I'd eat the crap out of it. I love when people put spins on traditional dishes
