Grilled Leg of Lamb Recipe
Leg of Lamb is a beautiful centerpiece on the table for any occasion. This leg of lamb I’m cooking today is studded with fresh rosemary and garlic, then simply seasoned with Kosher salt, black pepper and grilled to perfection. This is a very simple grilling recipe, that is packed with flavor, melt in your mouth tender and absolutely delicious.

Hey, Wolfie! 🙂 I never liked lamb very much, but the way you cook it here sure makes it look tasty enough that I would give it a try again! <lol> Thanks and thumbs up, Norfolk Joe 🙂 (going to be 81F tomorrow down here! :-0 )
I'm glad you didn't film your salivating mouth, Wolfie.
Looks great, Larry! Thx.
Larry, great looking leg of lamb!
excellent Larry, that lamb looks awesome! the mint jelly is a classic condiment for lamb, although I don't care for it.
Wow Larry you brought tears to my eye my grandma always had mint jelly loved it on toast with butter! oh your lamb looks good to lol
I don't eat lamb, but that lamb looked good and juicy. I marinate my pork roast almost the same before roasting. Yum : p
Awesome looking lamb roast Larry. Now you've got me wanting to smoke up a leg of lamb!!! Cheers brother!! Hope you are doing well my friend!!
Gotta stop watching these while hungry
Many years ago I used to work as the manager/bookkeeper for a steak and seafood house that was run by a Greek man. He mostly stayed in the kitchen with the cooks and I worked the front of house and did the books. Anyways every year he put on a thank you dinner for his staff at Easter time and this is the same way he showed me how to cook a leg of lamb. He also did a tray of potatoes, chunks of zuchinni, tomatoes, onions, garlic cloves, rosemary, s&p that were coated in olive oil and roasted up in the big oven with the lamb.Best lamb with side dish I ever had. Oh and he made fresh tzatziki sauce to. Oh you must have tzatziki with Greek lamb Larry. Been very fortunate in my younger years worked in 2 restaurants doing books and front of house for very good chefs. This Greek steak n seafood house and the other place was run by an old Jewish woman who had the tattoo from WWII.
Exquisite Larry!!!
Looks great Larry! What kind of knife did you use to carve your lamb? I'm looking for one like that, any suggestions?
Never had Lamb, but it looks delicious! Great job Wolfe! TFS & Tc 😀
Cooked to perfection and super juicy! Looks delicious Larry!
Mouthwatering recipe! Great video as always, Larry!
Whoa now, that lamb looks amazing.
Fantastic cook Larry!
Knowing how much lamb costs in the US, this must have cost you a leg! ?

Amazing Larry, that was incredibly moist.
Nice one Larry, I hope did some roast potatoes with rosemary to go with it, oh yum!!

That there looks baaaad to the bone, Larry!
I always learn something from your video's Larry thanks.Gotta ask two questions.1.Curious as to why you didn't cross hatch the fat cap?2.Where did you get the grill grate pik?,I want one.
I haven't done leg of lamb for probably 20 years. It just sort of fell out of my mind. Now you've got me all fired up to get ahold of one!
Oh good Lord Larry I am drooling over here 🙂
Larry, that was a great idea to add the rosemary to the heat deflector plate! What an easy recipe! The juices just ran out of it. It was cooked to perfection! This is a must try! It's easy enough to put on the grill and serve to company, and still have plenty of time to socialize! I'm saving this one! Thank you!
Wow that looked great….
Wow! That looks so good! I cooked 2 whole chickens on my Weber for Easter. One was regular and one organic. I prepared, and cooked them, exactly the same, and the organic one turned out more smokey tasting. Do you have any idea why that would be? I'm stumped.
I wish I can have a piece right now thank you Mr wolf !
