You actually have it backwards. Boil off the kilbasa first for 20 minutes then grill. After all that, chunk it down add it to the kraut or my favorite, mashed potatoes.

Nice! I like to put onions and peppers in with the kielbasa and then put them on a bratwurst bunch with provolone cheese and A1 sauce

Speaking of mustard, I like to cook my sausages in that grainy mustard with the seeds in it. Very tasty.
