    That is a very fresh corn 🌽 side!!! Thank You chef!! I went to a private party with a female friend and I always go check out the food first lol I smell bbq I go over and they had Filet Minion on a stick!! It’s as though I was eating Cotton Candy 🍭 NOT SWEET BUT TENDER AS ALL GET OUT!! I ate like I was crazy drank a few. IPA’s looked around and to my surprise SUPER NICE CHUNKS OF SO TENDER BRISKET BURNT ENDS A REAL TREAT!!

    With that being said can you replicate these I guess
    Hors d’oeuvres?? I tryed getting tips but they was so busy. Thanks for listening 🙏🏾

    Ps. They have something like a Cream Horseradish Garlic and Green Onion aioli OMG if you get the time the first thing I thought was ATBBQ and Chef Tom!!

    I’ve had esquites in Los Angeles, Houston and Tijuana, MX … and sir, you‘ve done a hell of a job!! This recipe respects the street Mexican corn lore, while adding that bbq gourmet flare. Thanks for the recipe!

    I rub the corn with butter -> then apply seasoning to the corn and grill. really infuses the corn with the seasoning and then cut it off as above and mix.
