While this was good, I think I've made it perfect… First I decided to at least triple the recipe. I grilled the chicken, then pulled it off the bone… Then I added 3 bags of frozen corn… But it was still missing something… So I grilled 15 of the spiciest Italian sausages that I could find and cut those up to add to it… Also more of a soup than a stew, but pure perfection! And it freezes beautifully, so my freezer is full of individual portions. Pull one out for lunch when I leave for work, then toss it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Awesome!

Drop the carrots with the onions together, to sautee too. Try it. It will give an extra-flavor and color to the stew. Yummy, yummy anyways… Nice presentation, Pit Boys. LOL

oh man, i can smell that and it smells GOOD! when you were putting in the carrots, i was thinking to myself, "he could even add some small potatoes" and BAM, you pull out your bowl of potatoes and add them in lol. i LOVE making chicken stew, because come on…it's quick and easy, tastes amazing and it really DOES cure what ails you. but, it never occurred to me to try grilling the chicken first! that bread for dipping. you guys are my heroes!!! definitely gonna try this out and let you know how it turns out.
