    We tried your BBQ Grilled Chipotle Chicken last weekend, which btw turned out fantastic, today we're giving this a whirl. Had the chicken marinating overnight.

    5-6 years this recipe was my very first marinade I made for grilling anything and it has been an awesome journey. Since then I've made your ribs, chili, pulled pork, burgers, potato bombs and several kinds of your chicken from spatchcock to beer can. Bbq pit boys even inspired me to get cast iron cookware I use all the time indoors and out. Thank you for years of charcoal grilling enjoyment. My cooking is in demand. PS: Yesterday I went back to this exact recipe for 5 lb of jumbo charcoal grilled chicken thighs. They were AWESOME!

    some of those chickens look burned… Be carefull with that method buddy…

    Some of them actually look very very good. I guess you have to watch out the chickens aren't on a too hot a spot… 🙂

    After watching this video for a few years, I finally decided to try it using chicken thighs bone in. I followed the exact directions. Only difference was that I used a gas grill and only marinated it for 2 hours, and I have to say, it came out awesome. It was delicious. The only thing I might change next time is maybe use 1 cup of vinegar instead of 2, and add a little more spice. But other than it was really good.  Thank you for the video.
