    Great recipe and video (maybe a bit less “slicing time” but well, it’s your style), thanks for that! Only thing I was surprised after seeing you even searing the salad is that you used the panko plain as it comes, I would have bet you’ll run it quickly through an iron skillet with that olive oil to give it some color.     Incredible video! One word of warning about making dressing in a food processor: do not use EVOO with the food processor because that much agitation makes the dressing inedibly bitter, use vegetable oil then!

    Great idea. I don't know why people close both ends of a burrito, because your just going to open an end in a second when you eat it. Just closing one end let's you squeeze the filling to the other end.
