Green Chile Pork Burrito




Chef Tom prepares smoky braised pork chile verde and potatoes cooked on the Kamado Joe Classic III Ceramic Charcoal Grill, then stuffed into tortillas with cheeses and smothered in more cheese and fire roasted salsa verde.

    I've been watching Chef Tom since 2018, the levels and layers of evolution in his cooking style are beyond astonishing. Just watching him speak makes me want to sharpen my knife and start cooking even though I already had dinner!
    I thought the burritos were going on the grill to crisp up on the outside but I guess juicy and gooey works too.
