    I used to work in an Italian pizzeria and we made something very similar. Instead of knots they were just short, chubby logs but they were drowned in a butter/olive oil/ garlic/ Parmesan mix. So damn good.

    Is it possible to put the seasoning and cheese and garlic butter in with the dough mixture at the start then cover them again with garlic butter and cheese
    That way it’s double garlic and flavour throughout
