I love this recipe! Very creative budget friendly main dish. We have it often as a week night supper meal with a side salad or fruit. Your video quality is spot on. Keep up the good work!

I was inspired by this and other videos to try making a Frittata today. It turned out GREAT.

    I used:

    1 pound of Italian Sausage
    1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
    1/2 Large Vidalia Onion, diced
1 head of Brocolli, steamed and broken into pieces
    6 large eggs
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Next time I may use a little less sausage, and more eggs. But for a first try, I'm very satisfied.

    Thanks for the inspiration !

This is EGG-CELLENT!!!!  My whole family loves this….especially my little 16 month old g-son.  He can't stuff it in his mouth fast enough.  Thanks for the recipe.
