I love this recipe! Very creative budget friendly main dish. We have it often as a week night supper meal with a side salad or fruit. Your video quality is spot on. Keep up the good work!
Making this for dinner and hope they'll be some for left overs to heat up for brunch tomorrow but I highly doubt it. Lol
Love the one pot meals. I use Jimmy dean sausage. Better tasting
Will be making. It's almost like a breakfast casserole. Looks great!
I love this recipe
I was inspired by this and other videos to try making a Frittata today. It turned out GREAT.
I used:
1 pound of Italian Sausage
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Large Vidalia Onion, diced
1 head of Brocolli, steamed and broken into pieces
6 large eggs
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Next time I may use a little less sausage, and more eggs. But for a first try, I'm very satisfied.
Thanks for the inspiration !
You think this would work taste wise with ground beef instead of sausage?
looks delicious
Excellent and hearty meal. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Puerto Rico
So this is the real version of the budget breakfast casserole? How much would it be?
