    Larry, you have just inspired me to go out of my realm.no much on that type of food although Ive bbq duck a few times many years ago and it was good.(cooked indrect so all the duck fat would drip off) I personall think this is the best fried rice ever.your egg tip makes total since as well.Brother Larry you knocked this bad boy right out of the park an awesome cook .like your style.

    Hey Larry that looks fantastic, any thoughts on using a Smoked Duck on this Recipe. I was thinking maybe you wouldn't get enough fat, however if you had a drip pan to catch some that might work. Either way this is a winner, great job!!

    I think you've got a winner on your hands here Larry. Duck is some awesome dark meat and cooking up this fried rice dish with the duck fat just accentuates that flavor. Well done brother!!! I love the colors in this dish!

    Hey Larry !!! How is my Carolina Brother !!! OMG Larry I could Eat the Scrambled Eggs in Duck Fat by themselves with Biscuits and Grits !!! Duck Fat in Grits ?  Wow Brother your Crispy Duck Fried Rice was Freakin AWESOME my Friend !!! I could Eat that for Breakfast , Lunch , and Dinner !!! Excellent Video and Cook Larry !!!

    Larry, how I wish I could go into the fridge and pull out a few bags of leftover rotisserie roasted duck! I appreciate how you kept the scrambled eggs separate from the rice until the end. That tip alone was worth the price of admission. This looks phenomenal!!
