Chicken looks on point, love the idea of a low heat pre-smoke before frying. Genius idea! Now I just need to find someone to make me raw croissants haha.
The chicken looks extra tasty, but waffles w/ chicken is dumb in my book. Besides – I'm type 2 so I couldn't eat them anyway. Still – good job, Chef Tom!
