12 fat 40 carb 5 protein .. Works out to 8.7 per cent protein. Fraudulently low. A long vitamin C caplet is one gram so this is like eating 5 vitamin C. Not a good source of protein. Would favor it if you were to name the companies who manufacture the abominations
