    Looks awesome but these guys must really hate the taste of meat. Smother everything in sauces galore. Try cooking a steak with salt and pepper and it will blow your mind. Especially on a Santa Maria Style BBQ…

    It kinda looks like they started with a fresh striper, but then switched to a frozen one. Why would you need a big saw to cut steaks? He's got that machete, and all he does with that is stir the sauce? Looks frozen.
