I lost faith in Gordon Ramsay when I saw his grilled cheese sandwiches that was would be better described as burned bread raw cheese sandwich.
I would rather eat Guga's food than Gordon's. Every. F'ing. Time.

honestly i think its just 99% part of his character to dislike food made in weird ways and its part of his audience entertainment that they want to see.
You know what I would love to see is the occasional episode where you have a Guga fan as a special guest. Me being one.
Guga, I'd love to see you do a side dish with japanese purple sweet potatos. I like them mashed up with coconut milk and honey, or sliced up and fried like a thick chip. I'd love to see what you make with the idea. By themselves, they tend to be less sweet than a North American Yam (the kind you'd see used in Thanksgiving desserts), but have a nice flavor.
