Hey man you should try H‑E‑B Fully Cooked Smoked Seasoned Shredded Beef With BBQ Sauce! That is legit good for pre-made. (thats if you have a HEB as far as i know its only in Texas. Idk where you live but would like your thoughts.

HI, I do watch a lot of your videos. Congrats to trying more low quality food than I would ever consider trying. I do have some exceptions with your recipes. First of all, let me state that any recipe that calls for fermented/rotted is leaving out some other vital ingredients, so must be bad to begin with! Now a challenge!!! Something simple like pinto beans. OK. Now seems like in your mind you would have to add seasonings to it beyond smoked pork, salt, and pepper, so lets make it "GOURMET"! Start with two cups dried pinto beans. Soak overnight. Add some pork seasoning and simmer for a couple hours. Now, to improve flavor add 1/2 cup Worcestershire, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup mustard, 1 cup white vinegar, and so on. My point is, if a dish needs these ingredients, then something was broken from the get go!

Those look so good. I had ribs a few weeks ago from a local place that he smokes his own that were so tough. Which was a shame because the flavor was really good. Needless to say I won't go there again.
