    Never cared for blues. we called these snappers. Mom would get flounder/fluke and blowfish when I was a kid on Long Island. I've had porgies too and blackfish from the sound.

    Yo bros, in the next time, put some soy sauce, a can of beer, 10 drops vinegar, some sugar and a little bit salt and pepper. Slowly cook around 30 mins, turn over the fish, then another 30 mins. After all, decorated with spring onion. Done, Chinese homestyle cuisine – 红烧鱼
