A good toasted bun goes a long way.
If you salt the meat and let it sit for an hour before grinding, the patty will hold together without having to knead it too much.

Well it is said that original cheeseburguers were just like that, and even on the same kind of bread, the buns are supposed to be recent. Anyway, Another great video boys, thank for this one and keep up the good work.
I'm a bit disappointed at how plain those burgers were.
How many of you guys are there? I think I've seen 3 or four different guys on here before. Maybe I'm just paying too much attention to the great food to notice the cooks. 🙂
Any BBQ is about good quality meat. If the meat is fresh, aged and antibiotic, chemical free you will get good BBQ. Unless of course you are an idiot.
