Portland Timbers i see. Oregon coast here
@Chef Tom, what was the total cook time on this one? I'm wanting to throw a ham in my Yoder 640 with the turkey from your holiday turkey vid (which I cooked a test bird yesterday and it was amazing!)
I realize the cooking temps are not the same with the turkey at 325° for all besides the first 45 minutes and this ham being 250°. Can the ham and turkey together be accomplished???
Also, a suggestion for a future vid or two would be Bluefin Tuna collar and a general smoked tuna (yellowfin, bluefin, etc) on the Yoder since I'm from San Diego and an avid offshore fisherman.
Love what you're doing, keep it up, just subscribed! 🤙
Amazing concept as always chef. Ham is underrated for thanksgiving in my opinion. Turkey can take a hike. But where is chef Britt???
Yoder smoker vs traeger. What’s the difference ?
Some delicious goodness there.
I take the non spiral cut into cubes and cook like burnt ends after.
Y'all are in Wichita, and have a Timbers hat?!
I haven't done a ham in awhile. Looks like that will be the glaze for my Christmas ham. ✌🤟🖖
Meat Church BBQ and Dr Pepper just warms my Texan heart. This looks great, Tom!
Do a Irish beef stew.
Half a cup of BBQ?
Great video. What tabletop single burner did you use to make the basting liquid?
It’s already been cured and it’s already been smoked once.
Did the ham go straight from the fridge to the smoker or did it come up in temperature at all before going on the smoker? Thanks.
Chef Tom
Brunswick Stew.
Yum!!
dude so trying this over the weekend heard turkeys might not be so popular cus of what the US has become. saw some on sale last weekend so might aswell by a few before there gone..
The last couple of years my Thanksgiving turkey has turned out pretty boring. I'm going to give this a try this year. Aldi has good spiral hams around the holiday.
Whenever I do glazed ham, I usually have to desalinate the hell out of it by submerging it in water for at least a few hour. Is it just me or supermarket ham tastes super salty?
How much would it cost for a seat at the ATBBQ table? I’d pay good money to feast with y’all!
Looks amazing!
pour coffee in the pan cook your ham thank me later
Can't wait to give this one a try. Guaranteed to be a hit at our house!!!
DOCTOR PEPPPPPPP chef you once again impress us all!
Reppin' the Timbers! Going back to your Portland days, eh?
