    Orange Marmalade and Sriracha?
    Sir, I think you've discovered a taste sensation. 😋👍
I get a brand that's made in Thailand and it's wickedly good – hot and full of flavour. So I'll give your idea a go, for sure! 😁 Merry Christmas to all your Clan. ✨🌲

But tell me Larry, WHAT ABOUT THE ADDED WATER!!! j/k Looks like a good ham.

On another note, I noticed you have been doing a lot of cooking recipes that are neat, but I do sorely miss the videos where you try the cheap, knockoff, budget, dollar store foods. I love your take on them, and it does seem to steer me clear of having a bad time. Those were the videos I enjoyed most. Again, not to knock down your culinary recipe videos, but there was something special about watching you give a review on something as trivial as a dollar store fillet, or a cheap canned food, or when you'd compare multiple items of the same type. 🙂

Anywho, just some food for thought. b^^

Your technique is very similar to my family's (albeit my family from 40+ years ago didn't use Sriracha in the glaze). I've always been perplexed by the assertion on the packaging of a typical store-bought ham that it is "fully cooked". Perhaps it is in the legal sense, but eating such a ham without further cooking will pretty much guarantee you'll hate ham forever more.

Unfortunately hams do not have cap of fat that they did in previous years. The fat is what gives ham its flavour otherwise it is just a dull salty piece of meat. Also I only buy a butt or shank half and with natural juices.

I love this channel! I have told several people about it so they can try some of your recipes for themselves, plus enjoy your "What are we eating" videos. Thank you for making such great videos!
