Orange Marmalade and Sriracha? Sir, I think you've discovered a taste sensation. 😋👍 I get a brand that's made in Thailand and it's wickedly good – hot and full of flavour. So I'll give your idea a go, for sure! 😁 Merry Christmas to all your Clan. ✨🌲 M 🦘🏏😎
But tell me Larry, WHAT ABOUT THE ADDED WATER!!! j/k Looks like a good ham.
On another note, I noticed you have been doing a lot of cooking recipes that are neat, but I do sorely miss the videos where you try the cheap, knockoff, budget, dollar store foods. I love your take on them, and it does seem to steer me clear of having a bad time. Those were the videos I enjoyed most. Again, not to knock down your culinary recipe videos, but there was something special about watching you give a review on something as trivial as a dollar store fillet, or a cheap canned food, or when you'd compare multiple items of the same type. 🙂
Your technique is very similar to my family's (albeit my family from 40+ years ago didn't use Sriracha in the glaze). I've always been perplexed by the assertion on the packaging of a typical store-bought ham that it is "fully cooked". Perhaps it is in the legal sense, but eating such a ham without further cooking will pretty much guarantee you'll hate ham forever more.
I'm making this for my ham this year. Can't use much Siracha tho. Certain members of my family can't stand the least little bit of heat! Wussies, they are!!!
Unfortunately hams do not have cap of fat that they did in previous years. The fat is what gives ham its flavour otherwise it is just a dull salty piece of meat. Also I only buy a butt or shank half and with natural juices.
I got lucky and got 4 nice sized pork loins marked down to $4 or less (5-6 lbs each). I’m definitely going to try orange marmalade sriracha on one!!! Yum 😋
I love this channel! I have told several people about it so they can try some of your recipes for themselves, plus enjoy your "What are we eating" videos. Thank you for making such great videos!
I don't like cloves in a ham. not really fond of pineapple either.
And now the hunger is strong…
"Every 10 minutes for the last hour." That reminds me of my ex wife.
Good recipe, thx!
Looks like I know what I'm doing tomorrow. I really apreciate all the effort you put in man, helped me in the kitchen more times than I can count

1. 18oz orange marmalade
2. 1/4 c light brown sugar
3. 1/4 c Sriracha sauce

That is a beautiful ham footage😃🤤.

I baste my ham with a homemade jalapeno jelly I make.

Anywho, just some food for thought. b^^
This looks like a solid week of delicious ham sandwiches for work.
How cheap is the meat in America? $18- for that ham. More like $30- in Adelaide.
I'm gonna try this on chicken.
Hey Larry!! I love that idea…I'll have to give that a try. The ham looks Delicious!! 🤤👌Merry Christmas to you and the family!! Cheers Brother!! 🍻🍻
5:17 I'm sure it's just me, but somehow, that ham looks like a rabbit staring back at us.

Double smoking is ALWAYS the way to go. Your glaze is the perfect addition. Well done, sir!
If I did this and had a generic Sriracha imm using that. It is MY ham after all.

You said “ham” 39 times in this video 😂
My boyfriend got a ham from work, I'll give it a shot! Hope you're having a greag holiday season!
Salivating Intensifies😽
did you accidentally double up the background music
$3-$6 lb for a spiral cut store brand ham. OR i can get a shank for $1 lb and score it myself ! I love big ham chunks.
I love ham, so juicy and delicious, I'll take ham over turkey any day! I also love Sriracha too so this definitely has me interested.
Certified Gold!!!!
That looks great, got to try !!!!
Larry what's going on with the music in the background buddy? it sounds like two songs playing over one another. Damn good looking ham 👌 😋
I hope you clean off and recycle that disposable aluminium roasting pan…that is a lot of metal to end up in landfill.
That's a trippy beat you got going back there. Nothing like multitracking the same audio source.
your audio track had a bad day at the office

Anyone else notice the two music soundtracks playing at the same time?
She's Back!!
Gonna need that bean soup recipe now. 😃
