If anyone wants samosas that are great, make the extra effort to go to an asian marketplace or Indian food store (I am of Indian Descent) and get the DEEP brand veggie samosas. They are bite size and can either be fried in oil or my favorite in a toaster oven at 400-420F for around 10-15 min or until golden and crispy brown. You might wanna turn them over after 7-8 min. Enjoy plain or with chutney or any sauce (they go great with asian inspired sweet and sour sauce thats a bit spiced up). I promise you those will taste better than these things.Additionally, often times those Indian grocery stores sell freshly made samosas near the check out area and you can pick those up and they are larger and delicious.
