    This is by far the best way to do chicken thighs in my opinion. Also protip from the trade: If you're shopping at a store that has a on-site butcher (and you should be) we'll debone the chicken or any other prep work for you. Usually free of charge but I don't speak for all companies of course. Either way, one less step between you and dinner.
