I followed the recipe with one added element which was shrimp on one of the two Crab Quiche’s I made. Both were gone within minutes, and with that I thank you for the successful recipe. Saved the party! Look foward to trying other recipes. Again I thank you

Two thumbs up for this dish. Mine came out a nice golden brown and the crust was crisp but flaky. I didn't use dill though, I used cilantro instead. This dish came out great and not over powering in seasonings. It was a light meal and would go good with most garden salads and a decent red or white wine.
Most quiches I have tried in the past just wasn't up to my standards. But Brother Larry this one is Awesome and is on my list as a favorite and will make more often.

I might take it up a notch and use shrimp and use your recipe for it. You have a winner there Brother.

Larry, I missed it when you uploaded this video! We loved the quiche! Ahnalisa and I both thought it was great and we gave Oliver a little bit and he liked it too. Thank you so much for bringing it over, we wish we could have you cook for us every night.

    Hmm……

Wonder if one could use shrimp or even crawfish tails.

I would probably use cream cheese in place of the Italian cream cheese…LOL

I could see this baked in a puff pastry shells…..YUIM….:)

    Thanks for another good one.

Well, you got Reggiani right this time. We'll get you there, one painful word at a time. LOL

And now I have to get crab meat, you turd! That was not in this month's beer budget… err… food budget…

I have a recipe for a crustless quiche that makes it even quicker. I haven't done one in a while, and after just watching Chef John make pretzels out of pizza dough, and now this, I'm STARVING!!!
