Country Style Ribs – How To Smoke Country Style Ribs – BBQ Recipe
The Wolfe Pit uses hardwood charcoal and apple wood to slow smoke country style ribs on the grill. The country style ribs are seasoned with a Citrus rub and then finished braising in Orange Marmalade Sriracha sauce until fork tender!

So tender. You could eat those with spork.
i see a big grease bath
I would love to try that braising sauce recipe, it sounds good! But she hates change of any kind (it took me 2 years to wean her off that sickly sweet store brand crap)and would refuse too eat. Although…I might try a version of it with chicken next time she wants 'chinese food'.
oh man it seems to be really tender and tasty …
i will try to make it.
thanks for the video
cheers from Belgium

I hadn't made country style ribs in 15 years. So last night I got some, and cooked them in my crock pot today……just not the same as using my weber grill, haha. Lesson learned!

Wow, simple and delicious. It looked like creamed onions with them. Can't beat the cream of mushroom and peas combo though, those flavors go real well together!
