Country Style Ribs – How To Smoke Country Style Ribs – BBQ Recipe

The Wolfe Pit uses hardwood charcoal and apple wood to slow smoke country style ribs on the grill. The country style ribs are seasoned with a Citrus rub and then finished braising in Orange Marmalade Sriracha sauce until fork tender!

    I would love to try that braising sauce recipe, it sounds good! But she hates change of any kind (it took me 2 years to wean her off that sickly sweet store brand crap)and would refuse too eat. Although…I might try a version of it with chicken next time she wants 'chinese food'.
