Cola marinated Spare Ribs cooked “low and slow” on the grill and then served with a side of Barbeque Beans makes for some real good eatin’. And, it’s real easy to do as shown by one of the BBQ Pit Boys!
Did u guys have to add ny more coals during cooking??? I know u had at least half a bag when u started…it would help us if u would show us the coal process before cooking!!! Thanx!!
nice marinade gadget, like the ability to turn it upside down. One problem I have noticed on several of the videos is that you are using a metal (aluminum presumed) pot to make your marinades. Im not for too many of those yuppie, health goodie ideas but I do try to follow the no vinegar in the metal pots directive. I find that it does impact the flavor slightly. Try some cheap plastic tubs, bowls for anything that requires acidic items in the marinade.
there is one simple rule when you "low and slow" barbecue. Always make twice as much as you think you need. What's leftover is yours, and that's called Pitmaster privilege.
Seen this video last week and bought all the ingredients and marinated for 3 hours and cooked it for 4 hours and didn't even get to enjoy it. It was all gone before I was done barbecuing the other food. All I got to enjoy was the the leftover sauce.
it could..! The more you marinade, the more you change the flavor and texture of the meat. "More" does not always equal "better", as in most things in life..! Experiment. -BBQ Pit Boys
there are many variables that determines this…I go by the size of my smoker/grill and of course what im BBQing…But mostly after you done it for a while is all pretty much by feel…
Have u ever use a real smoker or grill…who the hell boils BBQ…Dude…you should be deleted from youtube just for suggesting it…I dont think im the only one that feels that way here…
Oh hello! Have you considered – fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got ripped 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
Sorry irwinpaul666, you CAN put ribs on a grill raw and they can be moist and tender! You gotta smoke them at 220 to 250 degrees for about 4 hours. No need to do any of that crappy boiling or oven baking. Live fire cooking is where it's at!
@pmullinax76 either a stoner or a serious beer drinker , the type to get drunk and hungry; and then whip up some marvelous meals to get ur mouthwatering.

Dig how he uses his knife for everything Rambo style haha
the bowl is stainless steel. For marinade preparation, stainless works. For storage we use glass or plastic. -BBQ Pit Boys

will the cola affect the ribs in a bad way if we marinade for longer? say 16hrs??

I can not find a video on BBQ Rabbit; It is not possible?
Its pretty much like Sriracha Chili Sauce….
Keep em moist by letting them rest for about 5 minutes! Remember they will be cooking a little during that.
will it make them even better if you let the ribs rest or does it make that much of a difference?

Get the big chunky wood like charcoal….i dunno why they use the small coals but trust me the big chunk coal smokes longer and better!
I imagine the Boys are likely not inhaler's of God's Plant, but I doubt they vociferously condemn it, they seem like relaxed gentlemen cooks.
love his knife 😀

@Astador1986 you'd need all of those for me alone 😀
@mariabbb1964 Is it supposed to float above the grill as it cooks?
