Gotta Love Dukes!! For those worried about the nutrients you'll lose by boiling can steam the cauliflower in salted water and preserve 50% more of the vitamins and nutients that make cauliflower an AWESOME substitution!

Totally not buying that this is indistinguishable from normal potato salad. I mean it's cauliflower! That doesn't taste like potatoes, but will try one day and give a comment good or bad when i do.

I made this, did a little different with the dressing. I use Duke's and mustard as well, but I add a good splash of apple cider vinegar, dill pickle relish,
and a couple tablespoons of artificial sweetener. I can't tell the difference between real potatoes and the cauliflower. This would fool anyone.

WOW, this is fantastic. Great for dieters who can share a veggie dish with others in your home that are not dieters. Love the video, I will indeed try this for Thanksgiving, and if all goes well, Christmas as well. Thanks!

Wow!!! I just made this tonight for my family. Fantastically huge hit! Not one person missed the potatoes. I had a large head of cauliflower, so I added two extra eggs and little more veggies. I also added a teaspoon of celery seed, two pinches of garlic powder and a can of tiny shrimp, drained and rinsed. This one's a keeper! Make sure not to overcook the cauliflower. The cubed stems make an even better potato substitute.

You have quickly become my favorite recipe channel, and I was a professional chef for years.I love how straightforward your vids are and your narration is great. And I love the fact that you have issues with your hands and you havent let that stop you.I got diagnosed with an autoimmine disease and couldn't use my hands to cook/bake for 4 months and it felt like a death to me and that was just short-term.You're an inspiration. Keep up the good work.
