I completely and utterly love your verde sauce. What a perfect sauce you have come up with!!!
how about you cooking some fish?
you're awesome!
Why am I torturing myself like this? I'm a broke grad student surviving on instant noodles and oatmeal. I just can't stop watching though…
you just porked the pork..
I lost my head with that salsa verde recipe i was like thats not how you make it . sorry im mexican haga but still a nice idea
i love your recipes. you take bbq and you make fine food, far from a redneck bbq. it' a rich food, but not too fatty, made with talent .i'm really a big fan.
it wasnt to salty with the chorizo? that pork looks bomb tho!
Hold up, do this but bacon wrapped
Your tablespoon is a bit exaggerated but I don't blame you! Looks delicious
Just made this! Whole family loved it… Thanks Chef!
Chef, I know you are probably paid by shout outs, but I’m sure a lot of those seasonings are not good. Probably too much sodium. Can you make a shoe of fresh ground seasonings please?? Much love.
Wow! Looks so good. Amazing
Definitely should make chicken, beef, and lamb shawarma.
Made this yesterday. Amazing. I actually shared a shot of the marinade with my wife and it was sooooo good. The pork turned out great, and like you said, the brightness of the salsa makes the dish come together. Thanks Tom. Well done brother.
Great recipe and video Chef Tom! Really enjoy your work.
We're going to try these chops today.
I’m not even a fan of Chorizo but these looked great!
Wow that looks good!
looks burned and very dry
Got to love it when your pork gives you that "I have been marinading for long enough" look!
Hey chef tom, my dad and I love watching your videos. We've been using foil for our ribs and meats up here in Canada and wanted to try butchers paper but everything up here is all waxed coated. Any suggestions on where to get nonwaxed or websites ? Thanks ..we've looked everywhere.
Man that looks awesome! Subscribed based on just this video! What a great idea smoking the veggies for the salsa also.
Can you make this using the same stuffing but use beef instead and still have a good flavor?
Hey Tom,
what knife are you using at the beginning, when cleaning the pork?
Nice presentation, Chef! And I bet the taste is outer world amazing…
This looks incredible. I will be doing this soon
