    Chef, I know you are probably paid by shout outs, but I’m sure a lot of those seasonings are not good. Probably too much sodium. Can you make a shoe of fresh ground seasonings please?? Much love.

    Hey chef tom, my dad and I love watching your videos. We've been using foil for our ribs and meats up here in Canada and wanted to try butchers paper but everything up here is all waxed coated. Any suggestions on where to get nonwaxed or websites ? Thanks ..we've looked everywhere.
