    I love your recipes and you definitely changed the way I smoke brisket for the better…but, Im confused of the use of the beans/pie weights in this recipe….its not a classic pie crust just a crumb/butter mixture…it doesnt need weights or beans because there is nothing to rise or bubble up, which is the point of pie weights….so, anyone have any insight into this?
