We used to make these with mini marshmallows inside too. I prefer the milk chocolate with almonds. We would make little aluminum foil boats to encase them in. Yum!

Love that little kid! I wonder about also adding mini marshmallows maybe some marischino cherries, too. Wouldn't that taste great? A bit of cinnamon? Or some chunk pineapple and brown sugar rather than the chocolate in the banana? So many choices.

ahh i know this recipie but i normally just wrap the bananas in aluminium foil and lay it directly on the fireplace and cover it in coals, done in 20minutes tastes good ^^
