    Use a spoon to remove ginger skin. BTW, that was by far the thinnest Oyster Sauce I've ever seen! Recipe looks great. Might I also suggest tossing baked chicken in the reduced sauce and replacing them on rack to get sauce evenly on both sides.

    made these last weekend for my family, they are really delicious and the kind of tasty wings I have been looking for. I think I made a few mistakes like adding to much soy sauce but they still tasted superb, gonna do them again and try to perfect it this time like yours. thanks for the great recipe
