damn! i have to try this sometime. i've always done roasted chicken in the stove oven, which is nice and all, but this looks like it'll replace my usual method 😀 out of curiosity, what size is your grill? i'm looking to purchase a new grill as my old one is tiny with no cover, which is pretty much a garden ornament now, lol

@MrMuller704 …yes, you can eat this grilled chicken as is, but what fun would that be? Barbecue sauce, excessive or not, is essential in American barbecue. There are 1,000s of flavors from sweet, mild to hot. Make some sauce or buy some next time you grill up a chicken! It's guuud!
