Great video! I’ve found that if you add some Hatch Green Chile to the grave it makes it even better. But of course I’m from NM so we put Chile on everything.

The truth be told I’d say there’s little and no seasoning flavor to it. Don’t be afraid to SP&G the meat and forget seasoning the flour. It’s a waste.

What's wrong with that steak? It looks like veal, beef isn't supposed to be pale pink. No fat, no age- no wonder US beef is banned in Europe, not that anyone would eat that rubbish anyway.
