    Great de-boning demonstration, never have seen that…would have pounded thinner to make a larger role…would have tied the meat, instead of using aluminium foil, done you want a smoked bryd….would sear over open flames, wit additional wood….Great job chef, thank you for sharing

    Hey Eric, I was wondering when making the Johnny Cakes should I let the frozen corn kernels thaw a little before combining ingredients for batter mix. Never made them before. I'm looking forward to them..Thanks.
