Chicken and Noodles – Lemon Basil Chicken and Noodles Recipe




Lemon Basil Chicken is a simple, light and savory chicken dish. Chicken breast slices are lightly sauteed in Olive Oil, salt, pepper, fresh garlic and lemon zest. Then lightly simmered in a chicken stock reduction and finished with fresh lemon juice, butter, fresh basil and served over tender egg noodles.

    Welp… Just made it, and it's another killer, Larry! I cut the recipe in half, just 1 pound of chicken boob, and it took some will power to only eat half of that. The sauce, with the garlic and fresh basil, is outstanding!

    The only revision: I threw in a handful of broccoli for color.

I was planning on making your Garlic Shrimp, but then I saw this. And just my luck, JB will probably post a video today, and then I'll be even more confused as to what I want.
