    So your running it with the whole diffuser removed and not just the firebox access panel?. I bought my Yoder from you guys but I’m always worried to use it for direct grilling. Afraid of all the oil and fats dripping into the fire box, thinking it will either be impossible to clean, damage the igniter rod, or cause a grease fire.

    Looking great! But part of me was screaming inside to go Mexican, red sauce marinade, grilled and raw diced onions, blackened green, red, jalapeno & Serrano peppers, Jack cheese….

    Just got off a grave shift so I'm tired and like the last Cheesesteak recipe I misread it as Cheesecake and said "what?!"😂. Such a good looking take on Cheesesteak!
