Cheesesteak – Cheesesteak Sandwich – Steak and Cheese

In this cooking video The Wolfe Pit makes a Cheesesteak Sandwich using sirloin steak instead of the usual shaved rib eye steak. Sirloin steak is much leaner than rib steaks, but they’re just as flavorful.

You know that you're from the South where they put mayonaisee on everything. . .Real Cheesesteaks are made with Thinly sliced Rib Eyed Steak and a Fresh Italian Roll(See Amaroso Bakery Italian Roll) are a must. . .And Never I repeat Never should you put Mayonaisee on a Cheesesteak. . .You either put ketchup or no ketchup. . .And of course either White American cheese or Provolone. . .When you make your own version you need to say that it is your version of the Philadelphia Cheesesteak and not confusing people how real ones are made!!! ✌

yet again. where I grew up no such animal. then when we moved to where they might have been served dates were broke so A&W fare. I think I had one when visiting Duluth many years ago. I make beef sandwiches similar but call them hot subs. Will make this and change the name.
It would be nice to see something here that I have actually heard of or tried just once in a while. Oh well I am learning new things with almost every video I watch by you. keep it up.

Now that's the real deal! When there's more meat than bun you know it's right. Looking mighty fine, Larry!

You been on spring break in the Bahamas or something? There's been a distinct Lack-o-Larry around here the past week or so.

Larry, that sirloin meat certainly looked flavorful! Wow! What a treat this sandwich would be! When you were piling on those provolone slices, I noticed I myself making obnoxious slurping noises. I can't help it, the sandwich makes my mouth water! Great job my friend!
