Tri-tip is a beef cut that comes from the bottom sirloin of the cow, and it typically has three distinct points or tips, which give it the name “tri-tip.” Go figure. There are so many different ways to grill up this bad boy, and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. That’s what makes it so great.
