Some folks talk about the time it takes. Thats the point. Kick back with your buds and make it an event. Back up the truck n crank some Hank, 2 or 12 budskies, jump in the pond, life is good.

That looks so good! Every time I go to Lewiston and Windsor North Carolina I always get a couple of chopped barbeque sandwiches and hot dogs with chili and coleslaw. I haven't been back down south in a long time.

Damn dude.. I wasn’t hungry when I started watching this but now I’m fiending! I may be a New York guy, but my stomach is from NC. I much prefer the tangier vinegar-based bbq than the sweeter stuff. When I first had your style of bbq, it was a game changer! Anyway, great work man.

Hey Mr Wolfe, Thanks, this is the real deal!!!!!
I followed your recipe. I used a 22.5 Weber grill with Kingsford charcoal briquettes in the "snake method " and chunks of Hickory wood on the charcoal.I haven't been to NC in a while, so I make my(your) BBQ.
