This is Creole cooking, not Cajun.
WOW! Awesome.
Can we get a good how to dry age and see you cook the steak
I usually prefer my oysters raw but I must say this preparation looks really delicious. Great recipe, great execution. Thank you Chef.
I'm not an oyster fan but I'm definitely gonna try this on my kettle this weekend!! One question for Chef Tom…what other things would that butter sauce work well with? It looks so tasty I would have to experiment a little on some different foods. Also, Thanks for putting out these videos each week .
Barcats are delicious!
Very simple recipe and looks great!!
Did you ever think of going on Next Food Network Star. I think you could do really good on that show and i love your channel.
Chef Tom,
Wow, I love oysters and you brought them to a whole new level. I was drooling looking at you cooking them.L.O.L. Excellent job.
Nice?
Got damn does he have a teleprompter?
Actual recipe starts at 2:45
7mins to make this vid seems excessive
It’s buttery because it was drowned in butter.
Tom, could you do another video using a wood fire oven? Say, a steak? Vegetables? Thanks for considering.
chef Tom, how about a video with some sliders?
Do Louisiana style!
