My encounter with bourbon chicken was in chinese buffets they would make americanized chinese food dishes, and since it was the south they'd have bourbon chicken. I would always get that everywhere I go, now they sell that at buffet places like Golden Corral and a southern buffet place here in the southeast I frequent. Delicious stuff!

Yeah, I missed the boat on Cajun Cafe… as pointed out by others in the comments, Cajun Cafe wasn't really a thing in the shopping-mall food-courts of the American Midwest in my salad-days. I'm a Michigan Yankee born-and-raised, and I was Today Years Old when I first heard of Cajun Cafe and the legend of the sweet old Asian lady handing out free samples.
That said, who doesn't like an excuse to bust out the wok and make something quick and tasty you can serve over rice? This is why I keep comin' back to Mr. Wolfe Pit's channel… that, and he keeps bustin' Scooter's chops, and busting a hypothetical moron's chops will never NOT be fun.
