    I'm going to try this. I really want to like brussel sprouts, but it's the one veg I have troubles liking. This recipe might be the answer. Loving this channel and all the great recipes.

    I made this as a side for roasted duck on Christmas eve. I diverted a little from the recipe as I cooked it in my cast iron skillet on the gas top range until I added the panko and then slipped it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 to brown the bread crumbs while the duck was resting. Amazing. This recipe is replacing the plain old bacon and maple syrup brussels at Thanksgiving.
