    Looks great! I think just about anything could taco for chef Tom! He could make a flip flop good. He has definitely upped my game in the kitchen and on the grill/smoker.

    Who on earth with a mouth and has made brisket has not been smart enough to make tacos the next day with the leftover meat? I mean, what else would you do with it, just eat it straight? Not be creative?
    Brisket is cheap meat. If you take the time to smoke it then be sure to make other good dishes with it.
    Be sure to add some homemade hot sauce

    I agree, I love the behind the scenes format. Don't get me wrong, I like the more prepared and polished videos also, but this style does seem more spontaneous and relaxed. I love the outtakes as well. Tom, you're one of my heroes for sure.
