Beef Jerky is since a long time on my list and now I have the perfect recipe – Great thank you to Chef Tom ???
Oh Yeah thats going to be my
Christmas morning starter!!
Been watching your videos all morning. Having a hard time choosing which of your recipes to make.
this video was awesome i am defiantly making these for new years day and the hang over you get with it
Looks great! Only thing I would add is some nice cheese on your skewer. That's just the Wisconsin in me though.
Great vid. Loved the jerky making aspect.
Love it. Nice work Tom.
Nice! I gotta try this!
Nice! Loved the drink on the channel to mix things up and of course still got to see the YS640S. ?
My favorite Sunday Football drink! Love the video. Please feel free to keep making drink videos that incorporate some kind of BBQ item.
This is great. Thanks!
Another Chef Tom grand slam!
Killer video! Keep doing cocktails!
Hi chef, how about a awesome French onion soup video?
Chef Tom you are a GENIUS!!! Im going to make these for my wife and I on Christmas morning. Cheers brother!!!
Can you post the recipe for the drink? It’s not on your site. Thanks
Love the YETI hat as well as Tito's! Looks like a great Mary, but I love the Canadian Cesar!
May I suggest infusing your vodka with bacon. It is worth the time and effort to improve upon the drink.
Definitely, going to try out the jerky garnish.
Dammit now I 'm thirsty lol ;-)!! Looks delicious!
Damn that looked delicious!
Chef Tom, you should do some bbq and bourbon pairings on an episode.
Maybe some Blanton’s and baby backs? ?
Recipe is not available yet.
A bit different from the recipe I used as a bartender years back. Really like the addition of quality mustard and I'm sure your hot sauce beats Tabasco hands down. The beef jerky makes it a winner. BTW, your bartending skills are just fine. Cheers!
Oh hell yes
Too bad people encourage alcohol, if they only read the bible and seen how many times the Lord is against it!
Wow that looks good., Might have to try with black pepper-infused vodka
10:00 Tom gets me
Yummmmm
What ever..
Audio got a little weird when you were making the brine.
How long would this last in the fridge?
“That’s like a health drink!”
Haha love your videos
Please! Just make a French dip! We've been asking for a year!
Never had one but that looked good!
You should do a crossover with How To Drink
Chef Tom, you should do an updated video of making bacon including the cure with different flavor profiles.
And that’s just for jerky. I can only imagine how good it would be to brine onions and other veggies with that brine recipe.
