Blackened Halibut w/ Peach Salsa




Jump into Spring with this Blackened Halibut with Peach Salsa Recipe 🐟🍑🌼

This is one of those quick & easy weeknight meals that tastes like a million bucks. Here’s how I did it:

1 lb. Halibut, skin on
Blackening seasoning of choice (I used @spiceology black magic)
2 (20 oz.) bags frozen peach slices, diced
1 red onion, diced
3 jalapeños, diced & reseeded
1/2 C cilantro, chopped
4 small-medium limes, juiced
Spring mix to garnish

-combine the peaches and next 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Refrigerate until ready to use
-season your fish with rub of choice and throw on the grill at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes until the IT hits 135 degrees. It’ll cook quickly
-top the halibut with peach salsa and serve!
