Not a bad burger. I'm not for the okra on the burger, personally, but my ideal Black 'N Bleu is a med-rare blend of brisket and ribeye on an onion roll, Boston lettuce, a slice of beefsteak tomato, Stilton Bleu, and a touch of Frank's on the top bun.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems a bit overkill with the garlic, okra, etc. Simplicity is key.

Chef Tom, this one I can’t imagine. Way too much flavors going on for me. Would rather taste the meat that looked over the top alone. Thanks the the ideas though. 🤘🏼

That pickled okra looks interesting. I love anything bleu cheese. My dad broke me in on bleu cheese in the early '60's with his version of juicy lucy's. Thanks Chef Tom.

Probably 15 years ago, Chili's had a chipotle blue cheese burger, and I thought it was the greatest thing ever. But comparing it to this here burger is like comparing a 9" black n white TV to a 72" widescreen smart one. Phenomenal looking burger Chef! And yes, pickled okra rocks
