Hey Larry, made these the other night and they were FANTASTIC!! The pork alone was amazing! I split the cole slaw in half and put the peppers in one half for the kids. It's just as good without the peppers but better with them! And easy to prepare! Thank you for a great recipe!

Made this last night and again for lunch today and it's a complete home run. I'll probably dial it back by a pepper next time on the slaw but the apples were a great addition. So easy for a week night grill session. You earned a fan for sure!

I'm not really a hot pepper person, but my son wants me to try these. So I'll divide the slaw into two batches and adjust the pepper amounts accordingly. The pork rub looks fantastic!!
